It's ok. Its a definite 3/5 for me.
"So first off, bag is exactly as described and as per some other review sites that I'd read. 3/5 is you know, ok. It's not blown me away perfect (5/5) nor useless (1/5). It does what it says it will. Compared to my Thule backpacks and even my wife's Bellroy the it just doesn't look or feel 'premium' because of the material. It marks crazy easy which contributes to this, literally not possible to get from home into the office without there being a mark on it needing a damp cloth to clean off. Next is the tiny / fine zip on the side pockets. Sure it supports a 'clean' aesthetic, but means that for my fingers it's a pain to find the little thin zip pull under the zip flap. And then, I think it's just one pocket short for day to day use. There are 3 separate pockets for stuff (keys, earbuds, wallet, phone) inside the main compartments, but then you need to do 2xzips to get to them or put thing away. It's missing a decent sized pocket for this stuff. The front pocket goes too deep, all the way down to anything in there ends up muddled up and you need to sort through. That said, and this is why I bought this specific bag, the main compartment is a very decent size and I can get a pair of size 13 shoes and a full outfit of clothes in - which I struggled to do in the Thule Crossover 2 as the tablet sleeve (that I didn't use) ate into the main compartment space."
