"Really good products, both roll fantastically; however, on the first use, the 75cm bag broke. One of the stoppers sheared off the side whilst on a flight. Doesn't directly affect the bag's usability, but it isn't a good look and doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence about the rest of the bag holding up when taking further flights."

Great cases and amazing communication

"Love the colour. I originally ordered the white set which came marked and had a rip and broken zip on the inside. But the customer service team were amazing with communication and my cases were replaced straight away. Both orders arrived the day after which was amazing! I loved the white colour but they were out of stock so I chose navy which I love even more!! Haven’t used for travel yet but they look and feel very sturdy and good quality! Very happy customer. "The delivery was really fast and the customer service great. However, the small bag came with the zipp unstitched in one of the corners before using it and now that I have used it for 1 week one of the internal zip'; hook got out. I liked the bags but a bit disappointed with this."
