Zip broken on first and only use.

"The locking zip broke on first use as well as broken zip on inside, liner. I would not recommend for secure flight use. Handles so not have secure feel and exterior plastic is quite soft."

Good, but already broken

"Really good products, both roll fantastically; however, on the first use, the 75cm bag broke. One of the stoppers sheared off the side whilst on a flight. Doesn't directly affect the bag's usability, but it isn't a good look and doesn't give me a whole lot of confidence about the rest of the bag holding up when taking further flights."

Stuck handles and locking issues

"These suitcases looked to be fantastic quality, however upon using these for the first time, I ran into a couple of issues. The 55cm suitcase extendable handle was getting stuck (a latching issue I assume) and I was locked out of the 75cm suitcase while away on holiday, having to break into my own suitcase. The 65cm suitcase has been working okay, however we are needing to force open the lock which I think will soon result in it failing. Apart from these issues, the suitcases are very sturdy and the inside is amazing quality! Guessing I just got a bad batch! Freya from the customer service team has been nothing but amazing, helping resolve my issues while abroad within a very timely manner. Although these suitcases have failed on me, I will be sure to buy another brand of suitcases through Luggage. co. nz mainly due to the AMAZING customer service!! Thank you Freya for making this frustrating situation a little more bearable!!"
