"As others have mentioned in their reviews, what sets this suitcase apart is how lightweight it is without apparently compromising on quality. The hard shell feels sturdy to the touch, and the design looks sleek and sophisticated. I haven’t used it yet, but I’m looking forward to taking it on an overseas trip in a couple of weeks - then I’ll be able to see how durable it really is. So far, I’m very happy with the purchase. Delivery was also very fast - just 2–3 days to Auckland."
"The handle mechanism on the cabin bag is faulty after its first use. The release button seems to work on one side, while the other side refuses to go down. This has cause quite a lot of inconvenience as I bought this set to use on an international round trip, and has been an ongoing issue since the first of many flights."
"I got the pair luggage. When I reached my destination some stiches on the top protion of the 7kg bag started coming loose. Bit concerned about the long-term durability if it’s already coming apart after one use. But the Samsonite octolite that I that I bought (as expexted) is in superb condition."
