"This bag is super light and has a number of great features that I was after. The wheels roll beautifully, the outside pockets are roomy and will be very useful as a carry on for all those things you need to get on when checking in and going through security. The inside, too, looks very room with some useful pockets for organising."

"Product: I got a pair of them in black. The frame is really light, which I thought was the benefit, but it doesn't look like it would handle the loaded (30 kg) international trip as it was hard to manipulate the thing at 23 kg. The wheel on the one suitcase came out of its first flight wobbly and fell off on the way back. So I took the other suitcase for the my next trip, it still has wheels but the address tag/window has been torn off. And that is travelling with AirNZ that has never delivered a broken luggage to me. Must be the quality issues. Service: I will appreciate it if the luggage. co. nz contacts me to explain how to use the warranty and/or return at least one of them."
