"Suitcase is great I have had issues with the fancy lock that only customs have the key to. On two occasions I have been unable to get the zips to go into the lock. Last week leaving Perth, the lock wouldn't open which was a problem as my case was 2 kilos over weight and I couldn't open it to remove things. I purchased a matching pair,,. Suitcase and carry on. Using the same combination in both. No issues with carry on, just the suitcase The special " customs only lock" in the suitcase doesn't appear to be align the same as the trouble free carry on. However there is no way to move this lock. I did ask airport staff in perth if they could locate the "special" from customs. The answer was, definitely not."
