The main shell is constructed from 300D recycled polyester tarpaulin with TPU laminate — extraordinarily durable, lightweight for its size, and built to handle the realities of checked baggage handling over and over again without showing its wear. The back panel reinforced with 840D recycled ballistic nylon and a non-PFC DWR finish adds further resilience wherever the case makes contact with airport floors, conveyor belts, and luggage carousels. The rock-solid chassis is engineered to take everything the journey throws at it across years of serious travel.
Organisation inside matches the exterior's ambition. A zippered divider separates the large central compartment into two distinct packing sections, internal compression straps secure clothing and gear throughout the journey, and a large internal mesh pocket keeps smaller items organised and visible.
